UMC L130 1P8M Technology
We have access to all views of the UMC130 nm technology. The technology offers a large number of options, is reasonably proced for both MPWs (25 mm2) and mini@sic runs (5,300€ for nearly 2.5mm2).
UMC supports many different processing options on the 130nm line. Our access through Europractice allows most options, the high-speed (HS), low-leakage (LL), and the standard perfromance (GEN) are supported. Two out of these three options can be mixed. For practical pusposes we encourage not to use the GEN option, and accept LL and HS.
