UMC L65 LL 8M1T0F1U technology
We access to the UMC65nm through Europractice MPW and mini@sic runs. The basic process supports both a SP (standard performance) and a LL (Low Leakage) option. To be compatible with the mini@sic runs we use the LL option with the metal option 26 (8 Metals, 1 Thick, 0 Fat, 1 Ultra Thick). The process has analog options (MIM, High res poly) and a thick top metal of 32.5 k thickness (3 um).
